Natalie Balladarsch is a Communications Strategist at Gateway, primarily focused on building comprehensive strategic corporate communication campaigns, including media relations, executive eminence, digital and owned.
She previously worked in client experience at global PR firm Weber Shandwick developing strategic proposals, planning media events and executing large-scale campaigns for clients such as General Motors, McDonald’s and Airbnb. She also worked at NBCUniversal as a digital journalist for NBCLA and production assistant for Dateline NBC, gaining valuable experience on the media side that she has brought to her work in public relations.
Natalie is a U.S. Fulbright recipient, Emma Bowen Fellow, LaGrant Foundation Scholar and summa cum laude graduate from the University of Southern California, where she earned a BA in Public Relations.
Originally from South Florida, Natalie is a proud Colombian American bilingual in English and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys international travel, going to the beach and performing as a professional salsa and bachata dancer.
